1.       Decrease Your Exercise Routines

It’s a step you have to take to improve your muscles condition after exercising. Do your exercise with a low internal but don’t do any exercise which can harm your muscles.

2.       Get Asleep as Much as You Need

It will be hard for you to sleep well because of you get nervous a day before the race. So, save your energy and thought from now on.

3.       Arrange Your Eating Pattern

Keep you high carbohydrate and low fat diet for 7 days before the race. Don’t forget to drink much water. What you eat and drink long before the race competition will be more useful than you consume a day before the race. You don’t need to wait till a night before racing to keep carbohydrate. You also have to remember that is not the right time to try a new kind of food or beverage.

4.       Make a List

Note the things you need on marathon competition, like power gel, sport drinks. Participant number, shoes, etc. arrange the plan with your friends and family if they want to support you during the race.

5.       Check the Forecast

You have to know the last forecast news on the day the race held. Make sure that you are wearing suitable suits for the weather condition.

6.       Sleep Enough

Get up at least two hours before the race begin and have a light breakfast with high carbohydrate.

A Simple Exercise to Get Six-pack

Here is a simple exercise to get six pack stomachs like the finalist of Men’s Health Magazines.  In this article we will elaborate one of exercise they do to get six-pack toe tap. Here is how to do it.

Lay with your head up and put your hand at the back side of your ears, place your knee on your kip and put your heels in line with the floor. Push your back to the floor and do crunch forward till your shoulders lifted above the floor. After that, with your toes point to the floor, lower your right foot as far as you can do without lifting your back from the floor. Repeat this movement and use your left leg, and count it as one repetition. Do 10 repetitions.

Muscles Shaping Salad

You Need            :

-          9 ounce of steak meat

-          2 red tomatoes, slice them to eight pieces

-          1/3 cup of onion slices

-          5 cups of China cabbages

-          4 spoonful of vinaigrette

-          3 spoonful of grating cheese, salt and pepper

How to cook it   :

Heat the pan to roast with the medium heat. Season the both side of meat with salt and pepper and cook for 6 minutes each side. Take away the meat and slice it diagonally. Then, mix tomatoes slices, red onion and garlic in a bowl. Add in the meat slices and China cabbage, and then pour with vinaigrette, mix them thoroughly. Finally sprinkle some cheese.

You need             : 4 zucchini
